Hospital acquired infection (HAI) is a phenomena which has consumed many valuable resources like effort, time, energy, money & reputation. Hospitals are on high guard to manage phenomena's like SUPERBUGS/DRUG RESISTANT PATHOGENS. The negative consequences of HAI is excess hospital cost, health & sometime life. Infections are traditionally blocked with woven fabrics used as isolation drapes. The traditional drapes are washed & sanitized with steam for reuse.Today the lack of uncontaminated water, skilled labour combined with excess patient turnover & cost of time-material management but still running the risk of infection have been forced to look up at Disposals non-woven.
